These brightly adorned camels called Petra their home. They were the preferred mode of transportation for Petra’s current inhabitants, the Bedouins of today, and their ancestors of millennia past, the Nabateans. Camels were, and still are in some ways, an integral part of these nomadic tribes’ way of life. Just a glimpse of this picture transports us back in time to 1BC. Imagine being perched atop this industrious dromedary, caravanning exotic spices, perfumes, fabrics and goods along the Silk Road and throughout the Arabian Peninsula. As the old adage goes, “a picture is worth a thousand words.” We think this one tells a story of an ancient civilization past.

Picture Perfect
Nothing completes a wall and space like an oversized print. And nothing polishes a print like a frame, or a mat + frame combo. Here’s the run-down on our framed travel print products:

Materials: We keep it simple, clean and modern. All prints are offered in thin wood or metal frames to complement any interior style.

Colors: Neutral is the name of the game. We want to let these pictures pop! Most frames are offered in black, white and wheat

Mats: Mats draw our eyes into the picture, compelling long stares and mindful moments. Each mat is 2” wide around each side. Mats are optional, and available for our Petite, Small and Standard-sized frames.

Size: We offer up to 5 sizes ranging from our “petite” (18" x 12"), which makes for a perfect shelfie, to our museum-like “Statement” size (54" x 36"). Not all prints are offered in Large and Statement sizes.
